Preparations for the Sacrament of Holy Communion is taught primarily by the Parents/Guardians. Parents/Guardians are required to participate in the sacramental classes offered in order to prepare their child(ren) for Holy Communion (Eucharist). One session is required for each sacrament. Although the parents are ultimately responsible for their child’s preparation, there will be a strong emphasis in their classroom, as well.
*If your child is not baptized or has not participated in Catholic Religious Education, please refer to the Rite of Christian Initiation.
Registration for First Sacraments will take place the fall. A copy of baptism certificate will be required at that time.
