The Sacrament of Reconciliation
Also known as the sacrament of penance; the sacrament in the Roman Catholic Church whereby a person’s sins
are absolved through confession and penance.
Private confessions can be arranged by contacting the parish priests through the Parish Office at 303-841-3750, as needed.

First Reconciliation
Preparation for First Reconciliation takes place in 2nd grade. Our Faith Formation classes are designed to prepare your 2nd grade student to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Children must be 7 years old, and in 2nd grade, catechized to grade level. Children should be enrolled in Faith Formation classes or Catholic School prior to the year of the sacrament. Parents will also be required to attend Parent meetings throughout the year.

*If your child is not baptized or has not participated in Catholic Religious Education, please refer to the Rite of Christian Initiation.
Registration for First Sacraments will take place the fall. A copy of baptism certificate will be required at that time.
