Little Law Office LLC is looking for an Estate Planning Practice Coordinator to join our office, in a position of continuous growth. The Estate Planning Practice Coordinator will drive lead conversion and client interaction across the entire estate planning lifecycle, including supporting the managing attorney in drafting, finalizing and executing estate plans. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and consistent, with an interest in learning and helping our clients.
Established in 2004, Little Law Office is the small law firm with the big heart. We work primarily with Catholics, in and around Centennial. We are a purpose-driven law firm, anchored by a desire to assist our clients in building a legacy for their families.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage lead intake pipeline
- Schedule meetings, collect payments & gather documentation
- Generate estate plan drafts
- Gatekeep for all client communications
- Act as a ‘case mover’, to remove workflow bottlenecks
- Manage client maintenance program
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as an administrative assistant or paralegal in an estate planning law firm
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
- Comfortable with computers and technology and can troubleshoot routine issues
- Experience with Microsoft 365, DecisionVault, WealthDocx preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in estate planning law and helping people
