Faith Formation Registration

Welcome! Thank you for signing your children up for Faith Formation this year! Classes will begin tentatively the week of September 11th. Classes will be held on Wednesdays and Sundays this year. Please select just one day a week for your children to attend classes. Classes (pre-k thru 8th grade) on Sundays will be at 3:00-4:30pm and on Wednesdays (pre-k thru 8th grade) at 4:45-6:00pm.

The Cost of Faith Formation is $75 for one child, $125 for two children, $175 for three children, $225 for four plus children. As an appreciation for volunteering all Catechists receive a discount. You can pay by thru RebelGive clicking here *there is a small fee if you use credit card*, or by dropping off cash or check at the Parish Office (make the check out to Ave Maria with your last name and faith formation in the memo).
